The Community Council of Agia Marina Kelokedaron, within the efforts to improve the quality of life of the habitants, has executed some embellishment and infrastructure works.

Some of the most urgent and serious works, which have been done, are the following:

1.	Repair, restoration and conversion of the old elementary school to a cultural center, which will include offices for the needs of the Community Council and an event hall.
2.	Replacement of the old water distribution and supply system.
3.	Registration of new rural roads
4.	Restoration of the road that leads to Sini monastery.

The Community Council continues the efforts to make the community a modern and pleasant place, and for this reason, it has already programmed the following projects:

1.	Creation of a nature tail, where visitors will discover the beauties of the village.
2.	Removal of the asphalt in the central plaza of the village and maintenance of the cobbly road.
3.	Restoration of the old bridge and construction of a park, which will include lighting and green spaces.
4.	Embellishment of the old traditional taps outside the village.
5.	Embellishment works for the elevation of the area around the monastery.
